Tuffy’s was efficient, finished as promised and gave me a coupon credit on my bill! Much appreciates their good work!

I've been going to Tuffy's for over 5 years. It was easy to get an appointment, the service was completed faster than expected and the staff is always great to work with.

Brad was nice & honest about pricing. The tow truck guy figured out it was the battery so I didn’t need to take it in to Tuffys. But I very happy with the customer service I received on the phone. Will use if need to!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Brad and his team. They recently found a major safety issue with my car. I came in multiple times because I knew something wasn’t right, and they never brushed me off—instead, they listened patiently, treated me with kindness, and continued looking for the source of my concern. I’m so grateful they took the time to get to the bottom of it! I also really appreciate that I never felt like they were trying to upsell or deceive me. Their explanations always made sense, their prices were generous, and it was clear they gave me the same advice they’d offer their own family. I’m truly impressed by their professionalism, thoroughness, and genuine commitment to their customers. I highly recommend them!
